JORDAN VALLEY, January 26, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian resident was injured on Sunday evening in a colonists’ attack in the northern Jordan Valley, specifically in the Ein al-Hilweh area, according to a local official.
Head of the al-Maleh village council in the Northern Jordan Valley, Mahdi Daraghmeh, reported that a Palestinian resident sustained cuts and bruises after several colonists raided his tents in the aforementioned area, attacked him and attempted to strangle him.
Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023.
The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians, including the destruction of homes and properties, has been widely condemned.
Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.
