HEBRON, January 26, 2025 (WAFA) – A 17-year-old boy was injured by a rubber-coated metal bullet last night during an Israeli military raid in the southern West Bank city of Hebron, local and Palestinian security sources reported.
The incident occurred in the Abu Sneineh neighborhood in southern Hebron, where Israeli forces stormed the area and raided the home of Akram Badawi, a recently released detainee. Badawi was freed earlier in the day as part of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
According to eyewitnesses, the forces fired live and rubber-coated metal bullets during the raid and warned Badawi’s family against gathering to welcome him. The injured teenager was struck in the head by a rubber-coated bullet and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
