NABLUS, January 11, 2025 (WAFA) – A young Palestinian was injured by live ammunition in his foot during an attack by Israeli colonists and occupation forces on the homes of local residents in the village of Yatma, south of Nablus, today.

Ahmad Snobar, head of the Yatma village council, reported that colonists attacked the Hawouz area to the north of the village, provoking confrontations with local residents who confronted the assailants.

Israeli occupation forces intervened to provide protection for the colonists, deploying a heavy barrage of gunfire and tear gas against the villagers, leading to the injury of the young man in his foot.

This incident is part of an ongoing pattern of violence and harassment by Israeli colonists in the occupied West Bank, often under the protection of Israeli forces.
