SALFIT, January 2, 2025 (WAFA) – Last night, dozens of Israeli colonists, accompanied by Israeli occupation forces, stormed the town of Kifl Haris in the Salfit governorate, located in the central West Bank.

Local sources reported that the colonists stormed the town to perform Talmudic rituals at Islamic shrines in the town. During the incursion, they attacked residents' homes and vehicles, causing significant damage and sparking anger among the local population.

Earlier in the evening, Israeli forces had raided the town, shutting the iron gate at its entrance. They compelled shop owners to close their businesses and restricted residents' movement to facilitate the colonists' entry.

This incident adds to a series of repeated violations targeting local communities, heightening tensions in the area and raising concerns about the protection of Palestinian lives.
