RAMALLAH, December, 25, 2024 (WAFA) – Pope Francis delivered a Christmas message Wednesday that renewed his call for a ceasefire in Gaza.This came in his Christmas message, entitled: "To the City of Rome and the World."
He further described the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip as a very serious. " I address my thoughts to the Christian communities "particularly in Gaza, where the humanitarian situation is very serious," according to the Vatican website." Pope Francis added.
He continued, "Let the shooting stop, let the hostages be released, and let the population exhausted by hunger and war be helped" in the Gaza Strip."
