BETHLEHEM, December 21, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists blocked the entrance to Wadi Fukin village, located west of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, on Saturday evening, according to local sources.
Ibrahim Hamamreh, the head of the Wadi Fukin Village Council, reported to our correspondent that a group of Israeli colonists from the nearby Beitar Illit settlement, which occupies Palestinian lands, blocked the village’s entrance with large stones, preventing both vehicles and residents from passing through.
This latest incident is part of a broader pattern of violence and intimidation by Israeli colonists against Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank.
Over the years, such acts of aggression have become increasingly common, with colonists often engaging in physical attacks, land theft, and vandalism, all aimed at asserting control over Palestinian territories.
