TUBAS, December 18, 2024 (WAFA) – Palestinian residents of the northern Jordan Valley successfully thwarted on Tuesday night an attempt by extremist colonists to steal livestock from a local family's farm in the Al-Farisiyah area.

Shamikh Daraghmeh, the owner of the herd, told WAFA that a group of colonists stormed his livestock pen, trying to steal several animals. However, Draghmeh and his family confronted the intruders, preventing them from carrying out the theft.

The Daraghmeh family has been facing repeated attacks by colonists over the past years, including physical assaults, being blocked from grazing their livestock on pastures and attempts to steal their animals.
