Israeli colonists unleash cattle on Palestinian-owned farmlands in Jordan Valley

JORDAN VALLEY, November, 21, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists unleashed dozens of cattle onto Palestinian lands in Khallet Hamad in Hamma in the northern Jordan Valley on Thursday.

Local sources said that around four Israeli colonists unleashed a herd of cows from distant areas onto Hamma in the Jordan Valley near the tents of citizens in the area.

They added that a truck belonging to the colonists  brought equipment to build a residential pergola for them, amid fears among citizens that the colonists will build pens for the cows in the near future.

In Khallet Hamad, in Hamma, there is a colonial outpost that was established in the summer of 2016, and the colonists there began to close the pastures to Palestinian citizens.

According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, there are nine colonises in Tubas and the northern Jordan Valley, and seven others on the mountaintops.
