SALFIT, October 10, 2024 (WAFA) - Colonists attacked on Thursday olive pickers in the village of Yasuf, east of Salfit.
Local sources told WAFA that dozens of colonists attacked farmers while they were picking olives in the northern area of the town, before the townspeople confronted them and forced them to flee the area.
With the continuation of the war of genocide against Palestinian people and as the olive picking season kicked off, the Israeli occupation and colonists escalated measures against farmers in the West Bank governorates, including attacks, theft of olives, and uprooting and breaking trees.
