Six Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikes across Gaza

GAZA, Thursday, July 18, 2024 (WAFA) — At least six Palestinian civilians were killed and several others injured in multiple Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip this evening.

Local and medical sources reported that four individuals lost their lives when Israeli occupation forces targeted a gathering of civilians near the Abdul Aal intersection on Al-Jalaa Street in western Gaza City. The casualties were rushed to the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital for funeral arrangements or medical treatment.

Simultaneously, one person was killed as Israeli aircraft struck a house adjacent to Al-Jolani Mosque in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, located in the eastern part of the city.

In a separate incident, one individual was killed and eight others injured when Israeli forces targeted the home of the Abu Atiwi family in the Al-Da'wah area, north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

This escalation is part of an ongoing Israeli aggression that began in October 2023, so far resulting in the killing of over 38,848 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children.

The Israeli onslaught has also left more than 89,459 injured, according to preliminary figures, with thousands still trapped under rubble.
