JENIN, Thursday, July 11, 2024 (WAFA) - This afternoon, Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Jadeeda, in the northern West Bank province of Jenin, resulting in the shooting of a child and the arrest of two young men.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces stormed Al-Jadeeda, surrounding a house where they arrested two Palestinians, Mohammad Alian and Ahmed Zahran. The Israeli military also set fire to their vehicle during the attack.

Local sources reported that confrontations erupted between residents and Israeli forces, leading to a child being shot by Israeli soldiers in the back with live ammunition. The injured child was promptly transported to Turkish Hospital in the nearby town of Tubas for medical treatment.
