Israeli forces seize agricultural fertilizers in the West Bank

WEST BANK, Wednesday, July 10, 2024 (WAFA) -  Israeli occupation forces Wednesday morning seized agricultural fertilizers in the city of Tulkarm.

WAFA correspondent said that the occupation troops were stationed on Nablus Street adjacent to the entrances to Thanaba suburb, and stormed a commercial store selling agricultural materials and fertilizers and seized quantities of them.

She indicated that the occupation army deployed snipers on top of one of the tall buildings, while heavy gunfire was heard in the area.

The occupation firces also stormed the towns of Shaarawiyah, north of Tulkarm, from its western side, including Atil, Allar, and Baqa al-Sharqiya.

They also stormed a number of shops selling agricultural materials at Atil-Alar triangle junction, searched them, and seized agricultural fertilizers.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces seized agricultural fertilizers in the town of Sarda, north of Ramallah.

Security sources reported to WAFA that the occupation army stormed an agricultural nursery in the town and seized the fertilizers.

The sources indicated that the occupation obstructed vehicle traffic on the main road leading to the town of Birzeit.

Moreover, Israeli occupation forces seized fertilizers and agricultural materials from a commercial store in the city of Salfit.

WAFA correspondent reported that the occupation army raided a store selling fertilizers and agricultural materials in the center of the city, seized quantities of it, and detained its owner, Iyad Al-Harash.

She pointed out that the occupation posted leaflets warning farmers against using fertilizers.
