RAMALLAH, Sunday, July 7, 2024 (WAFA) - Early this morning, Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Silwad, northeast of Ramallah, resulting in the arrest of at least 16 local Palestinian citizens, according to local sources.

The sources reported that the Israeli forces conducted extensive raids and searches of a large number of homes in the town, during which they vandalized and damaged property, conducted on-site interrogations, physically assaulted some individuals, and smashed the windows of several vehicles.

The raid resulted in the arrest of at least 16 young men from the town, who were subsequently transported to unknown destinations by the Israeli occupation army.
