JENIN, Thursday, July 4, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists, escorted by Israeli occupation forces, launched a terror attack this afternoon on homes belonging to Palestinians in the towns of Al-Funduqmiya and Silat ad-Dhahr, south of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

The attack saw approximately 40 colonists assault homes and properties in Al-Funduqmiya and Silat ad-Dhahr, causing significant damage but no casualties.

The attackers proceeded to set fire to extensive agricultural lands, including olive and fruit trees, as well as a home and a vehicle belonging to a local resident in Al-Funduqmiya, local sources reported.

Additionally, they fired live ammunition and hurled stones at residential houses, while Israeli forces deployed tear gas canisters towards residents who attempted to defend their homes.

Meanwhile, the colonists attacked several homes in the village of Silat Al-Dhahr, also throwing stones at properties and homes.
