RAMALLAH, Thursday, June 27, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists erected tents this afternoon on a Palestinian-owned land near the town of Ni’lin, west of Ramallah, according to local sources.

The sources reported that the colonists set up tents in the Jabal Al-Alam area on the outskirts of the town as a prelude to seizing it.

The region has been subject to continuous assaults by Israeli occupation forces and colonists.

In the meantime, armed colonists bulldozed lands belonging to Palestinian citizens in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, with the intent to cultivate and seize them.

According to local media activist Mohammed Awad, a group of armed colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, bulldozed over 15 dunums of land north of the town.

He added that the colonists proceeded to level and prepare the land for cultivation and subsequent appropriation.
