QALQILYA, Wednesday, June 19, 2024 (WAFA) - Two Palestinian teenagers were injured in the pre-dawn hours on Wednesday by Israeli forces’ live bullets during confrontations that broke out in Qalqilya.
According to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS), its crews transported a 17-year-old boy who was wounded in both knees with live bullets during confrontations in the city of Qalqilya. Another teenager, aged 19, was struck by live fire in the shoulder.
Local sources said Israeli forces stormed the city of Qalqilya, leading to the outbreak of confrontations in the area. Forces fired live bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters throughout the neighborhood, resulting in civilian casualties.
