JERUSALEM, Wednesday, June 12, 2024 (WAFA) - A Palestinian father and his son Wednesday evening were injured by an Israeli colonist’s gunfire in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, according to local sources.
They said that a group of armed colonists attacked a store in the Bazaar market (Suq) in the Old City, with one of them opening fire towards the store owner and his son, injuring them.
The two casualties were transferred to a hospital. No information was available on their health condition.
The occupation forces sealed off the place and cracked down on Palestinians in the area as colonists attacked storeowners and passers-by.
Meanwhile, colonists smashed the windows of a vehicle with a child inside in occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that colonists hurled stones at Palestinians’ vehicles near the Hebron Gate, smashing the windows of the vehicle with a child inside.
