HEBRON, Tuesday, June 4, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces today demolished a tin shack and a sheep barn, and delivered demolition notices against Palestinian residents' homes in Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron, according to local sources.
The occupation forces delivered notices to demolish a three-storey house, with a total area of 600 square meters, in the al-Jawaya area.
The occupation forces also handed other residents demolition notices against their two homes, each of which occupies an area of 150 and 340 square meters.
Meanwhile, a resident also received a demolition notice against his retaining wall in the same area.
Head of the Masafer Yatta Council, Nidal Abu Yunis, denounced the occupation’s increase of attacks against the Palestinian people and their homes in Masafer Yatta, particularly since its courts continue to reject appeals submitted by the residents whose homes are threatened with demolition.
