Gaza: Bodies of three slain Palestinians recovered following Israeli airstrike on house

GAZA, Tuesday, June 4, 2024 (WAFA) – The bodies of three Palestinians who were killed after Israeli warplanes targeted a house in Al-Daraj neighborhood, east of Gaza City, were recovered on Tuesday dawn.

Local sources said that Israeli raids target the southern neighborhoods of Gaza City, coinciding with heavy artillery shelling.

Israeli aircraft also launched violent raids on Al-Sabra and Al-Zaytoun neighborhoods in Gaza City, wounding a number of citizens, including children and women.

WAFA correspondent said that Quadcopter planes opened fire in the vicinity of Al Awda Hospital in Nuseirat camp, while Israeli artillery targeted Netzarim axis, south of Gaza City.

Earlier today at dawn, three Palestinians were killed and others were injured in a missile strike from an Israeli warplane that targeted a house owned by Ghanem family in the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

They were taken to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

Medical sources confirmed that the death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7 has risen to 36,479 reported Palestinian fatalities, with an additional 82,777 individuals sustaining injuries.

The number of victims is expected to increase further as rescue and emergency teams face challenges in accessing the affected areas, with hundreds more feared buried under the rubble of destroyed buildings.
