JENIN, Thursday, May 30, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished an agricultural room and uprooted trees today in the village of Tura, located southwest of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
Tal'at Qabaha, the landowner, told WAFA that an Israeli military bulldozer destroyed the room and uprooted several trees, citing the lack of a permit as the reason.
Simultaneously, in the southern West Bank province of Hebron, Israeli colonists erected a caravan and damaged fruitful trees and agricultural crops in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
According to local sources, colonists placed a caravan in the Al-Louza area near in Masafer Yatta, seemingly in a prelude to take over the area. About ten days ago, these colonists had set up several tents and constructed a sheep pen in the area, aiming to establish a new outpost.
The sources added that colonists from the Carmel settlement destroyed several olive trees and damaged a fence belonging to local resident Muhammad Hamamdeh.
