RAMALLAH, Thursday, May 30, 2027 (WAFA) – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said that there is no way to reach regional and international peace and stability, except by comprehensively addressing the Palestinian issue, through a serious and immediate commitment to the two-state solution and recognition of the Palestinians’ legitimate right to obtain their independent state.

In his speech before the tenth session of the ministerial meeting of the Arab-Chinese Cooperation Forum, in the Chinese capital, Beijing, , the Egyptian President called on the international community to fulfill its moral and legal responsibilities to stop the Israeli aggression, bring aid into Gaza, and confront attempts at forced displacement of Palestinians.

He praised Chinese policies towards the Palestinian issue and Beijing's continued support for the immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the legitimate right of the Palestinians to establish their independent state.

The Egyptian President called on the international community to work without delay to implement immediate and sustainable humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, to put an end to the Israeli state of siege, and to confront all attempts at forced displacement.

In its current session, the China-Arab Cooperation Forum discusses ways to strengthen and develop historical friendship relations and the close strategic partnership that brings together Arab countries and the People’s Republic of China and expand the horizons of joint cooperation in various economic, commercial, cultural and other sectors.
