BETHLEHEM, Wednesday, May 29, 2027 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists today set up tents on Palestinian farmlands in the village of Artas, south of Bethlehem.

The head of the village council in Artas, Lutfi Asaad, said that a group of Israeli colonists set up two tents on the lands of the Jabal Abu Zeid and Khallet al-Qatn areas for the benefit of expanding the borders of the illegal colony of Efrat.

Asaad added that the attacks of the colonists, under the protection of the occupation forces, have escalated since October 7^th, the latest of which took place in Khallet al-Qatun and Jabal Abu Zeid when a group of Israeli colonists attacked farmers while they were attending their own lands.
