HEBRON, Monday, May 27, 2024(WAFA) - A Palestinian resident and his son were wounded this evening after being attacked and stabbed by Israeli colonists near the Beit Einun junction, east of Hebron, according to medical and local sources.
Sources told WAFA that colonists armed with sharp tools attacked Jamal Obaid Awad, 46, and his son Mohammed, 23, residents of the town of Yatta to the south of Hebron, stabbing them multiple times while they were passing near the Beit Ainun junction.
The father and his son sustained moderate injuries and were taken to the Ahli Hospital in Hebron.
The attack was perpetrated in full view of Israeli forces.
