NABLUS, Saturday, May 25, 2024 (WAFA) — A young man was injured by live ammunition this evening during an attack by colonists, protected by the Israeli army, on the homes of residents in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus.
Fuad Hassan, a local activist, informed WAFA that a group of Israeli colonists attacked several homes in the southeastern area of the town, under the protection of the Israeli army, and fired live ammunition towards the houses.
He noted that the town's residents rushed to repel the attack, leading to confrontations with Israeli occupation forces and colonists. During the confrontations, the Israeli forces and colonists fired live ammunition, resulting in a 29-year-old Palestinian man being shot in the abdomen.
Hassan added that the Israeli forces seized a vehicle belonging to one of the town's residents while withdrawing from the town.
