Stop work and construction orders issued by the Israeli occupation for five Palestinian houses in Ramallah

TAMALLAH,  Monday, May 20, 2024 (WAFA)  – The Israeli occupation authorities today notified a halt on work and construction in five homes in the town of Ni’lin, west of Ramallah.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the town and handed over two local residents demolition notices against their homes in the eastern area of the town.

The soldiers further handed over notices to stop work and construction in five other homes in the town.

During last April, the occupation authorities carried out 28 demolition operations, affecting 33 facilities, including eight inhabited homes, three uninhabited homes, five agricultural facilities.

They also notified the demolition of 18 homes and facilities in the West Bank districts of Ramallah, Al-Bireh, Salfit, and Hebron.
