Soldiers, colonists prevent farmers from plowing their lands

BETHLEHEM, Monday, May 20, 2024 (WAFA) –Israeli colonists, protected by the occupation soldiers, prevented Palestinian farmers from cultivating their lands in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem.

Ahmed Salah, an activist in the field of resistance to the wall and settlements, said that a group of colonists along with occupation soldiers stormed the Khallet al-Fahm area and prevented one farmer along with his son from plowing his land after detaining them.

Additionally, colonists and soldiers threatened the farmers in the town of Al-Khader against going to plow their lands.

It is noteworthy that the violations and attacks of the colonists and occupation forces have escalated since October 7 against farmers in the town of Al-Khader, the last of which was when Isreali colonists attacked a group of farmers in the Wadi Al-Abyar area adjacent to the Efrat colony and threatened them not to come back again.
