Three Palestinians injured by live fire in Nablus-area confrontations

NABLUS, Monday, May 6, 2024 (WAFA) - Three Palestinians were injured by live fire and several others suffocated during confrontations that broke out with Israeli forces this evening in the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus, according to local sources.

Sources said confrontations broke out following an Israeli military incursion into the town of Beit Furik, during which forces attacked residents with live bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters, shooing and injuring at least three people.

One of the injured was shot in the abdomen area, while the other two were struck in their legs.

Several cases of suffocation were also reported.

The injured were transferred to a medical center in the said town for medical treatment.
