GAZA, Saturday, April 27, 2024 (WAFA) – Three civilians were killed and several others injured in Israeli airstrikes this afternoon targeting the Al-Bureij and Nusseirat refugee camps in central Gaza Strip, according to local and medical sources.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli fighter jets bombarded a house east of the Al-Bureij refugee camp, resulting in the killing of one civilian and several others injured in varying degrees.
Additionally, the Israeli airstrikes hit a house in the nearby Nusseirat refugee camp, claiming the lives of two more civilians.
In a preliminary toll, the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023 has resulted in the killing of 34,388 Palestinians, mostly children and women, and the injury of 77,437 others.
Thousands of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as Israeli forces prevent ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
