BETHLEHEM, Saturday, April 26, 2024 (WAFA) - Israeli colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, attacked Palestinian farmers this afternoon in the town of Nahalin, located in the occupied West Bank province of Bethlehem, according to local sources.
Jamal Najarah, the head of the Nahalin municipality, repored that colonists, escorted by occupation forces, assaulted farmers in the Banias area northeast of the town, sparking confrontations that involved gunfire, tear gas canisters, and sound bombs, with no reported injuries.
Earlier this morning, armed Israeli colonists briefly detained a number of farmers, including children, in the Banias area while they were plowing their land, causing panic and fear among them.
