HEBRON, Monday, April 22, 2024 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces today detained two Palestinian siblings in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, in the south of the West Bank.
Media activist in the town of Beit Ummar, Muhammad Awad, said that Israeli forces broke into the town of Beit Ummar and detained the two siblings, Muhammad,27, and Mu’min Abu Maria, 22, after inspecting and through searching their families’ home.
The heavily-armed soldiers further severally beat up the two siblings along with a number of their family members during the raid.
In a related context, the occupation forces fired live bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas bombs following their military incursion into the Al-Dhahr neighborhood in Beit Ummar, causing many to suffer from suffocation due to inhaling the toxic tear gas and they were treated at the scene.
