NABLUS, Saturday, April 13, 2024 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man today was injured from Israeli gunfire and others suffered from suffocation during an Israeli military incursion into the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus, after the colonists attempted to attack local Palestinian homes located on the outskirts of the town.
A group of gun-toting colonists, under the protection of occupation forces, attempted to attack local Palestinian citizen homes in the western area of the town, but they were fending off by young men, who hurled stones towards them.
Meanwhile, heavily-armed soldiers fired live bullets, stun grenades, tear gas bombs towards young men and their homes, injuring a Palestinian youth by live ammunition.
During confrontations, several Palestinians were suffocated after inhaling the toxic tear gas fired by the occupation forces.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that a 36-year-old young man was injured by live bullets in the thigh and was rushed to hospital for medical treatment.
