Colonial settlers uproot dozens of ancient olive trees in Kafr Al-Deek

SALFIT, Sunday, November 12, 2023 (WAFA) – Colonial Israeli settlers forcibly uprooted dozens of ancient olive trees today in the town of Kafr Al-Deek, in the occupied West Bank province of Salfit, according to local sources.

Anwar Al-Deek, a resident of the town, told WAFA that colonial settlers uprooted approximately 70 ancient olive trees from his 20-dunum land.  

The town has witnessed an escalation in attacks by Israeli occupation forces attacks and settler gangs in recent times, all aimed at seizing more land for the expansion of settlements.
