RAMALLAH, Wednesday, November 1, 2023 (WAFA) – Palestinians demonstrated today in front of the United Nations in Ramallah demanding an immediate ceasefire and an end to ethnic cleansing committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip for the 26th day in a row.

Participants in the demonstration representing the national and Islamic forces, unions, federations, and civil society delivered a letter to the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres demanding immediate intervention to bring a ceasefire, stop the ethnic cleansing in Gaza, and open the crossings to bring in fuel, water, food, and medical supplies.

The participants applauded the recent statements by the UN Secretary-General in support of Palestinian rights, denouncing the subsequent fierce attack against him by the Israeli government.
