NABLUS, Sunday, February 26, 2023 (WAFA) – Israeli fanatic settlers Sunday set fire to several Palestinian-owned houses in villages near the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, sources confirmed.
In the village of 'Asira al-Qibliya to the south of Nablus, settlers set fire to a Palestinian-owned house during a raid to the village, according to Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settlements in the northern occupied West Bank.
He added that the settlers went on a march in the town of Huwara, during which they stoned houses there as well as a nearby house located in the village of Beita, south of Nablus.
Daghlas also said that a group of settlers assaulted a Palestinian man, injuring him, in Huwara. He was taken to the hospital, where his condition was reported to be moderate.
He noted that the settlers also set fire to several houses, a vehicle and shack, and stoned three houses.
The extremist settlers also broke into villages of Qaryout and Burin.
This comes after two settlers were killed in Huwara today.
