NABLUS, Sunday, October 23, 2022 (WAFA) – Hardcore Israeli settlers attacked two Palestinian girls by pepper gas today during a raid on the village of Huwwara, to the south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

Awwad Najem, a local Palestinian resident, said a group of Israeli settlers attacked his two daughters, Shaden and Rasha, with pepper gas while on their way to university. He said his two daughters were treated for suffocation as a result of the attack.

A video circulating on social media also showed Israeli settlers attacking homes and shops of the local Palestinian residents in Huwwara, with Israeli soldiers standing idly by to protect the settlers.

Today’s incident is the latest in an ongoing wave of army-guarded Israeli settler terrorism against defenceless Palestinian civilians across the occupied West Bank, especially in the northern province of Nablus.
