NABLUS, Friday, September 2, 2022 (WAFA) – Extremist Israeli settlers today attacked and partially vandalized a number of Palestinian-owned greenhouses near the villages of Zawata and Naqura, to the northwest of Nablus, according to local sources.

Ghassan Daghlas, a local Palestinian activist, told WAFA that a group of Israeli settlers broke into the area and vandalized a number of greenhouses belonging to Palestinian villagers.

Settler violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, attacks on vulnerable homes, among others.

There are over 650,000 Israeli settlers living in colonial settlements across occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank in violation of international law.
