Newspapers Review: Israeli army crackdown on protests, the war in Ukraine focus of dailies

RAMALLAH, Saturday, March 12, 2022 (WAFA) - The three Palestinian Arabic dailies - al-Hayat al-Jadida, al-Ayyam, and al-Quds - published today highlighted news about dozens of civilians wounded during the Israeli occupation forces’ suppression of peaceful marches in separate areas in the West Bank, and settlers’ vandalism of vehicle in Qaryut village, south of Nablus, and setting up caravans east of Yatta.

The newspapers also highlighted the presidency's praise of the important success achieved by the lawyers of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the Palestinian Authority (PA) in extracting a judicial decision in one of the cases brought against them before US courts since 2004, in addition to an Israeli plan to build 6,000 units in the Jerusalem hills extending from Lifta to Ein Karem in West Jerusalem.

Al-Hayat al-Jadida:
