RAMALLAH, Friday, February 05, 2021 (WAFA) – Nabil Abu Rudeineh, spokesman for President Mahmoud Abbas, condemned today the latest crime by the Israeli occupation in which 34-year-old Khaled Nofal was shot dead in cold blood by colonial Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank village of Ras Karkar.
In a press statement, Abu Rudeineh urged the international community to immediately intervene to put an end to Israel's aggression, which, besides the daily killing crimes, includes the daily home demolitions by the Israeli occupation forces of Palestinians' homes and belongings, as is the case of Humsa village in the Jordan Valley, razed to the ground by the Israeli occupation army earlier this week.
"The policies of killing, destruction and theft of land through illegal settlement on Palestinian land, and the ongoing raids, confiscations and attacks on Islamic and Christian holy sites will never bring peace, security and stability to anyone," said Abu Rudeideh. He mentioned an attack carried out three days ago by a fanatic Israeli settler on the Roman Orthodox Church in the occupied city of Jerusalem.
"The Palestinian people will remain steadfast, and will continue to defend their homeland regardless of the sacrifices."
