RAMALLAH, March 3, 2011 (WAFA) - Presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh stressed Thursday that President Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian leadership have rejected the idea of state with provisional borders.
He said in statements to the press that this matter is not open for discussion.
