MEXICO CITY, November 10, 2006 (WAFA) - Special Delegation of Palestine in Mexico condemned Israeli Attacks against Palestinian Civilians and called for halting such acts.

In a press release, the Delegation said the Israeli forms of collective punishment have resulted in massive unemployment and a deepening humanitarian crisis in the Palestinian territory.

The Special Delegation of Palestine in Mexico acknowledged the statement of the government of Mexico condemning the recent Israeli military attacks against Palestinian civilians.

It called on all the governments of Central and South America to call on Israel to wage peace and not war, to respect international law and to immediately move toward a just and lasting resolution to this conflict that will result in a politically and economically viable Palestinian state alongside the state of Israel.
