Two Workers Wounded in Jerusalem
JERUSALEM, April 26, 2004, (WAFA) - Two Palestinian workers were critically wounded Monday after having been severely beaten up by Israeli Occupation soldiers (IOF) in the town of, Biddu south west of Jerusalem, witnesses and medics said.... Israeli soldiers brutally attacked two workers, using clubs and gun-butts.... "They were heading to work when the soldiers assaulted them. The two cousin workers, Arafat and Ahmed Taha were crying loudly," eyewitness, Ahmed Shafeeq told WAFA.... Tens of people gathered near the scene and evacuated them after the soldiers had left.... Their condition was very difficult, Shafeeq added.... Arafat Taha 18, critically wounded in the face and the head, was carried to Zayed Hospital in Ramallah, while A'laa' Taha 17, was receiving treatment at Karmel Medical Centre, Hospital official told WAFA....
