GAZA, Tuesday, February 12, 2019 (WAFA) – A Palestinian teenager succumbed to the wounds he sustained after being shot and injured by Israeli forces during the Great March of Return protests along the borderline area to the east of al-Bureij refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip, said medical sources.

Medical sources at at Shuhada al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir el-Balah  announced that Hassan Nofal, 17, from al- Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, succumbed to his serious injuries he sustained late Friday after being shot by Israeli forces as he participated in the Great March of Return protests to the east of al-Bureij refugee camp.

Six others, including two seriously, were also injured by Israeli forces gunfire. They were transferred to hospital for medical treatment.
