HEBRON, Tuesday, January 7, 2020 (WAFA) – Israeli forces detained today four Palestinians in the Hebron area, in addition to five worshipers, including a female, from inside al-Aqsa mosque compound in Jerusalem, said local sources.
Israeli forces stormed al-Aroub refugee camp to the north of the occupied southern district of Hebron and detained four people after searching and tampering with the contents of their family homes.
Meanwhile, Israeli police detained five worshipers, including a female, near Bab al-Rahma, also known as the Golden Gate, inside the al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem’s Old City. Eyewitnesses said that this came hours after worshipers confronted member of the Israeli parliament, Yehuda Glick, who stormed the compound and tried to steal soil from inside al-Aqsa Mosque compound.
