GAZA, October 19, 2026 (WAFA) — The death toll from the war of extermination waged by Israeli occupation forces against the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,480 fatalities and 175,539 injured since October 7, 2023.
Medical sources reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 5 slain people—including 4 newly recorded fatalities—and 22 injured individuals over the past 24 hours.
The sources noted that the total number of fatalities since the ceasefire on October 11 has reached 1,522, with 5,421 injured, while 839 bodies have been recovered.
Furthermore, the sources added that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble or lying on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
