HEBRON, October 19, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained two Palestinian residents and two foreign solidarity activists today, Monday, following an attack by colonists on a private home.

Additionally, the occupation forces detained several teachers in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron.

Activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that colonists attacked the area surrounding the home of Musab Rab’i in the village of al-Tuwani, in Masafer Yatta, and released their livestock onto the property. Shortly thereafter, occupation forces stormed the area and arrested Rab’i, along with two foreign solidarity activists who were documenting the assault.

In Susiya, occupation forces detained a group of male and female teachers as they were heading to work at the Susiya Elementary School. They detained a teacher, Ismail al-Nawaj’ah, and seized the vehicle in which the group was traveling.

This forced the remaining teachers to travel a long distance on foot to reach the school.
