RAMALLAH, October 16, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli colonists attacked Palestinian olive harvesters on the outskirts of Turmus Ayya town, northeast of Ramallah, on Friday, assaulting them and setting three vehicles on fire.

Local sources reported that the attack took place as Palestinians were harvesting olives in the area. No injuries were reported.

The attack comes amid escalating Israeli colonist violence against Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest season across the occupied West Bank, including assaults on pickers, the burning and vandalism of vehicles, the theft of olive crops, and efforts to prevent Palestinians from accessing their lands.
