SALFIT, October 12, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists attacked farmers today, Monday, in the town of Yasuf, east of Salfit, forcing them off their land and stealing their olive harvest and a harvesting machine.
Jumaa Abdel-Fattah, head of the Yasuf Village Council, stated that colonists assaulted farmers while they were working on their land in the "Al-Khalla" area, forcing them to leave. The colonists stole the olives and a harvesting machine belonging to farmer Mamoun Maarouf Issa, causing him financial loss.
Separately, colonists pitched a tent near the "Ain Iskaka" spring, located on the western side between the villages of Iskaka and Marda, northeast of Salfit.
