Colonists attack Palestinian vehicles near Ramallah, causing damage

RAMALLAH, October 10, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists attacked Palestinian vehicles with stones on Saturday evening along the road between the villages of al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah, causing damage to several vehicles.

Amin Abu Alia, head of the al-Mughayyir village council, told WAFA that colonists pelted vehicles with stones along the Marj Sia plain road connecting the two villages, damaging several of them.

He added that Israeli occupation forces continued to obstruct hundreds of Palestinians and their vehicles at the western entrance to al-Mughayyir since midday, preventing movement in both directions. The entrance is currently the village’s only access route, following the closure of its eastern entrance more than three years ago.

Meanwhile, local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces raided the villages of Jifna, north of Ramallah, and Kafr Malek, northeast of the governorate. No detentions were reported.
