GAZA, October 10, 2026 (WAFA) — The death toll from the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 74,370, with 175,371 Palestinians injured, medical sources announced on Saturday.

The sources said hospitals across the Strip received 10 fatalities, including one person who succumbed to previous injuries, and 65 injured people over the past 24 hours.

Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, the number of Palestinians killed has reached 1,481, while 5,254 others have been injured. An additional 836 bodies have been recovered, the sources added.

The sources also noted that 106 fatalities were added to the cumulative death toll after their information was completed and approved by the committee responsible for verifying fatalities.
