GAZA, October 6, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,245, while the total number of injuries has reached 175,267.
Medical sources reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received two fatalities—one of whom succumbed to previous wounds—and 35 injured individuals over the past 24 hours.
They stated that the death toll since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, has reached 1,462, with 5,151 injuries recorded, in addition to the recovery of the bodies of 836 civilians.
